Final Project for Maufacturing MAN401 Course

Here’s something I like to show off. This project was my Final at Seneca for the Manufacturing course. This helicopter was designed to have two counter-rotating propellers. The parts were exported to STL format and extruded in a rapid-prototype machine.

 

When assembled, the helicopter’s gears worked and the whole thing actually functioned as designed.

 

I personally think it looks pretty wild.

 

Needless to say, I got an A.
